自从我随舅舅离开武术界。我们把空余的时间都用来学习医术。那时我已经有了工作。单位经常要加班,更要命的是,大会,小会每天不断。现在中国政府不喜欢老百姓关心政治。那个年代不关心政治也是被教育的对象。所以每天空余时间非常之少。为了有精力学医。开大会时,我有意往后面跑,这样如果位子没了。我可以站着。有了站的机会,方便练无极桩。实劲的无极桩,头顶脚踩,上下对拉。一轴到底。身形挺拔。虚劲的无极桩,主观思想不能用力。强调把头挂在虚空。只要那一天。你有了你的脑袋真正悬挂在空中的感觉,那就是虚劲的无极桩。其他什么都不用管。就这么简单。你在练功,没有人可以发觉你有什么异样。如果你掌握了这种方法。无任站着,坐着都可以练。你进一步可以练走。在走的时侯体会头挂在空中的感觉。
年轻时,我身体一直正常,没有什么血压问题。如果那位好友想试试虚劲无极桩。有血压问题的最好事先问问医生。因为我不知道你用意后,会不会引起什么问题。
还有如果你没有实劲练无极站桩的经历。我劝你也不要练。因为没有实劲的基础。可能虚劲无极桩练了也对技击没有帮助。最多也养生而已。而且效果可能还不尽如人意。
我把传统武术的劲力分为虚实两种。在主观思想上有用力的劲力。客观现象上反应也有劲力的为实劲,实力,在主观思想上不用力的劲力,但客观现象仍然有劲力的为虚劲,虚力。
我见过太多追求放松的练武者,其中犹以太极,八卦为甚。
有的还师从名门,习练多年。一搭手什么劲也没有。象这样的,我称之谓:无劲,无力。不是虚劲,虚力。
而且,我认为真正靠谱的训练方法。一定要先练实劲,实力,待实劲,实力练到不能提高了,才能转换到虚劲,虚力的训练。否则你很可能练了一辈子,和传统劲力无缘。
另外实劲,实力和虚劲,虚力没有谁一定高,谁一定低的必然性。虚劲可以克实劲,实劲也能克虚劲,全看练者技击水平。在本门中,绝大多数师兄弟都只是练实劲,实力。但我不会狂妄的认为;和他们的打斗,自己一定可以赢。
在每天天还蒙蒙亮。没有游人观看的时侯。我们师兄弟之间常常训练八卦散手。随着师兄弟们的功力增长。我舅舅严格告诫我们,在打斗中,主要是训练身体使用技击招术得能力。不是争雄斗狠。只是利用对方的攻防,进退闪躲,来提高双方运用技击术的能力水平。我舅舅是一个小心谨慎,很关心学生安全的武术老师。在他的指导下。师兄弟在对打中总是严格控制自己的打击力度,往往点到为止,所以一直没有发生什么意外事故。
在我运用不用力的方法后。在散手训练中,我就不在注意打击力度。因为我意为我已经不用力了。
一次舅舅找我。很严肃告诫我,师兄弟间打斗不能用大力。我很委屈,也很纳闷。我没用力啊。当舅舅告诉我。师兄弟们觉得我打击力很大,而且当时还好,过几天,被打处隐隐作痛。有的还有乌青泛出,更奇怪是有时被打处一如平常。而对应处会泛出乌青。有的害怕,还上医院检查。当然由于我的功力不大,也没有造成大的伤害。我舅舅治疗几次也就没事了。
这事对我触动很大,对师兄弟造成的伤痛也很内疚。同时也知道不用力的打法有很强的渗透性,所以以后和师兄弟练散手或和练武者比试,不再用打的方法,而是采用磨,抹的方法。抹,磨之类的方法在八卦技击术中很多。
我的虚劲是萌芽于实劲的土壤中,换句话讲,我的虚劲来源于实劲。
自练武开始,我一直是用力练的。举例说明,八卦站桩,一手前伸塌腕扣指掌心空,相对之脚必须紧踝抓趾足心空。如吉他之弦两点拧紧,弦才能崩紧。当然注意点其他还有,如站三体式,有讲究较二十四要的。
在我有意运用不用力方法做八卦站桩或八卦走圈。由于我练实劲很久,关节,筋络都已经打开,所以我不用力也能达到要求。另外尽管我开始不用力习武。或者不用力和习武者比试。我主观上是不用力。但我的身体在很长间段还是实劲的体现。我的手脚还是很硬,我的皮肤还是有紧崩感。四正八柱之象仍然存在。我的抗击打能力依然很强。
这个间段实际上只是主观思想上有不用力的指示。身体还没有完全转换成虚劲之象。
我们平时走路。除了年老体衰,久病卧床,或腰腿受伤外。没有人用力吧。正因为不用力。我们走路才不容易疲劳。平时做事一般也不用力,除非移动或搬动较重的物体,我们才会用力,所以我们也不容易累。我让学生在走八卦大鹏展翅时做握拳张开动作。要求一千下。有的学生做一二百下就很累了,有的甚至一百下也没法完成。学生反应,做一千下根本不可能。为什么只能做一二百下就不行,是因为你用力做。只要你不用力,做一千下是可以办到的,并不难。果然,当我详细地讲解以后。学生经过不长的时间就达到了。
当我们在练实劲或实力时,在我们主观思想指示下,我们的身体是用力的。而当我们要获得虚劲或虚力的话,我们只要给身体一个指示,不要用力就可以了。
不用力徒手练出来的是虚劲,不用力用器械练出来的是虚力。当然主要是思想上不用力,客观上没有力是无法移动物体的。 We usually walk. In addition to the old age, long illness in bed, or waist and leg injuries. No one is hard at all. Because of lack of power. When we practice hard or strength, our body is exerting force under the guidance of our subjective thoughts. And when we want to get Xu JIn power or Xu Li power, we only need to give the body an instruction. Do not use force to do it.
What we do not use force to practice is the Xu JIn power. What we do not use force to practice implement is a Xu Li power . Of course, this is mainly due to lack of ideological force. Without objective force, it is impossible to move objects.
自从我知道以不用力的方法可以达到和用力一样的效果。我就开始尝试在八卦盘手和八卦穿掌中尽量不用力。我发觉自己身体变得更轻松,几个车轮战下来,身体也没有用力训练时累。这使我很高兴,以为找到了突破长劲的途径。那知道一遇到身高体重的师兄弟,还是很难,现实让我明白只要我用力不行的对手,不用力也照样不行,这让我很沮丧。
但这时又发生一种让我振作的现象。在八卦散手(八卦盘手,八卦穿掌,各种技击招术混合)训练中我发觉我的手一和对方的手接触。就会自动卸力。简单说一下,对方如要按我手,他手就会在我手下面。对方抬我手,他手会在我手上面,他向里推我手,他手会在里面,而我手在他外面。他向外拨我手,他手会在我手外面,而我手在他里面。这种能力大大提高了我技击的水平。
以后我在和练武术者之间的打斗比试中,运用不用力的方法。比过去我运用用力的法更游刃有余。常常一接手之间,我的手已经打在对方身上。常常使对方嘡目结舌,不知所为。郑重申明,我没有什么功夫,技击水平也马马虎虎。打斗中我没输,是因为对方比我差的缘故。 I have achieved the same effect as I have used since I knew that I could use no force. He pushes my hand in, his hand will be inside me, and my hand is outside him. He dialed my hand out, his hand would be outside my hand, and my hand was inside him. This ability has greatly improved the level of my fighting skills.
Later, I tried to use forceless methods in the fight between martial artists. I’m more skillful than the force I used in the past. Often between the two, my hand is already on the other side. Often make the other lose-sence, do not know what to do. Honestly that I did not have much effort and the level of art and attack was so-so. I didn’t lose in the fight because my partner was worse than me.

实劲,训练的方法:易筋经。三体式,伏虎桩,降龙桩 马步桩,八卦站桩,走桩等等,
实力,训练的方法,玩石锁,耍石担,抛沙袋,抓铁塔。抖大抢,拧长沙袋,拧棍,滚石球等等。
有时间的话,可以实劲和实力配合着练。实力大了,实劲也容易进步,反之,实劲大了,实力也更大。并不会因为练实力会妨碍实劲的增长。我有切身体会,我练了上罐功后,不仅力大,劲也大。我练了八卦走掌,劲很足,抛沙袋更轻松。实劲和实力有不同点,但也有相同点,练好了,都是举重如轻。
看了好友的分享。我发觉我的表达可能不太清澈。我真正要讲的是,每个人的力量储藏量都是有限的,而不是无限的。拿举重训练来说明。大家会容易理解。当然举重和传统功力训练不是一样的。

可是在传统武术界,很多人都认为只要自己努力刻苦,就可以达到很大的功力,在这种思想指导下,造成一批人小个子拼命苦练。结果还是比不上同样努力的大个子。当然个别天赋神力的除外。我讲的是一般人的状况。
还有一点,经过传统功力训练的小个子劲力要大于没有经过同样训练的大个子是完全可能的,我矮小但可以轻松胜过一些比我高大的。但如果他们和我一样经过训练。情况就不一样了。 Read friends’ share. I found my expression may not be clear.
