簡介 Introduction

八卦拳又名八卦掌、周天術、轉掌、八盤掌、推磨掌,其中以八卦掌稱呼流傳最
廣,並沿用至今。

八卦拳內修養生之法,以坐功、臥功、站功、行功,呼吸吐納,內外導引,通百脈
和臟腑,內松外柔,循金丹之道,習性命之學。體由弱而轉強,智由悟而生慧。外
練攻防之術,踢打摔拿、進退騰挪,易筋壯骨,生勁長力,肢體靈活,反應敏捷,
遇驚而不慌,處危而不亂,能化險為夷。

八卦拳特別強調人體脊椎的運動,在不停的圍圈走轉之中,整個身體形成以脊椎為
中心旋轉的球體,充分伸展收縮身體前後胸背腰腹的肌肉韌帶,在左旋右轉的自轉
中沿循著圓心作公轉繞圈的動作,恰似地球圍著太陽轉,在這種公轉自轉的旋機
中,人體的內部器官得到了極大的改善,全部筋脈、肌肉、骨骼、關節在反復擰轉
滾翻中得到了極好的易筋、易骨、易髓的效果,使人的精氣神得到全部升華。

八卦拳在訓練時,主張武事而文練,不用拙力僵勁。初以練為主,以求勁力;一年
半載後練養結合,使內外平衡,勁力通順,從而進一步以養為主,返本歸真,養浩
然之氣,保形神合一,達到健康長壽,兼武功高深之境界
