再谈弓,马步冲拳
弓,马步冲拳看似简单,实质上隐藏着很多传统武术的精髓。尤其对没有得到很好传统劲力传承的传统武术爱好者帮助极大。所以我不厌其烦的在此反复强调。希望对中国武术热爱者有所帮助。
弓步拳架。首先把弓步姿势摆好,前脚膝盖弓,膝盖和前脚尖垂直一线,髁关节成锐角,膝关节成钝角。绝对不可成直角。90度直角一对膝盖不利。二身体平衡性差。后腿崩直,脚根外摆,脚尖里扣。脚根要向下踩。前后脚距离不要过大,裆部不能平,要成拱形。所以前大腿不能平,要成斜坡才对。身体要直,头顶,颌收。裹胯,兜臀。做到这些要求,身体虚轴自然下垂地面,于前后脚成三个支点。完成前四后六之拳架。
姿势摆正后,冲拳动作和马步冲拳动作一样。具体做法可以参照前文马步冲拳。

Therefore, the front thigh can not be flat, it is necessary to become a slope. The body should be straight, the top of the head, and the jaws closed. Wrapped, covered in hips. To achieve these requirements, the virtual axis of the body naturally hangs down on the ground, forming three fulcrums at the front and rear feet.
