推手與搭手,打手:Tui Shou and Da Shou, Da Shou:

太极拳现在已经成为中国传统武术最大的门派。我这个没有太极拳传承者,为了推广传统武术,也不得不多次谈及太极。我们所看到的太极拳套路和太极推手,是后人逐渐演变而成。要想真正恢复太极技击功夫,我们要多想想太极前辈是如何练拳的。
光绪皇帝的老师看了杨露禅演练后,赞道:进退神速,虚实莫测,身似猿猴,手如运球,犹太极浑圆一体也,
并赠对联:手捧太极塞寰宇,胸怀绝技压群英。
相对自己现在所练,如想在太极拳技击上有所得。是不是有所启发。
