傳統武術教學要重視基本功訓練

中国传统武术基本功中腰腿的柔软训练,身体的平衡训练和现在世界广泛流行的瑜伽其实动作相差不大。一个经过严格武术基本功训练者,要完成大部分瑜伽动作并不难。现在在美国瑜伽学校遍地开花。尤其女士更热衷于此。许多练瑜伽的都喜欢拍瑜伽照,秀美。同样跆拳道也由于注意腰腿柔软,身体平衡的训练,所以年轻人特别喜欢,尤其女孩。我们到处都可以看到跆拳道的照片。漂亮潇洒。现在由于瑜伽,跆拳道容易招生。在中国大陆一些武术教练都改行教瑜伽或跆拳道。

Study carefully how to develop the basic skills of martial arts. I believe that students have good basic skills, then martial arts photos, martial arts video must be more popular.
